Below, are the two key topics that will be discussed: 

• Laryngeal health

E.g. Vocal warmups, proper hydration, steam inhalation, allergies, the importance of vocal coaching, and the connection between the brain and the larynx.  

• Technique 

E.g. Releasing throat, tongue, and jaw tension, focusing on frontal forward placement, learning to sing harmony, proper note placement, and how to sing in falsetto.
